People who take too much fluphenazine may have overdose symptoms that could include:
 
  • Muscle weakness or rigid muscles
  • Shakiness (tremors)
  • Low blood pressure (hypotension)
  • Drowsiness
  • Coma
  • Difficulty breathing
  • An irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia).
