Rifamycin Antibiotics
Rifamycin antibiotics may lower the amount of Trilafon in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of Trilafon to prevent this interaction from occurring.
 
Tricyclic Antidepressants
Taking Trilafon with tricyclic antidepressants can increase the amount of Trilafon in your blood, increasing your risk of Trilafon side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Trilafon dosage to prevent this drug interaction from occurring.
