Drug Interactions With Ziprasidone

There are a number of medications that may potentially lead to drug interactions with ziprasidone, including carbamazepine, certain anesthetics, pentamidine, and vardenafil. Ziprasidone interactions may increase the risk of a dangerous irregular heart rhythm called QT prolongation or alter the levels of ziprasidone in your blood, among other things.
