How Should Ziprasidone Be Stored?

Ziprasidone should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. The capsules should be stored in an airtight container.
 
Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your ziprasidone as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
 

Available Strengths

Ziprasidone capsules are available in the following strengths:
 
  • Ziprasidone 20 mg
  • Ziprasidone 40 mg
  • Ziprasidone 60 mg
  • Ziprasidone 80 mg.
     
An injectable form is also available and is approved to treat agitation associated with schizophrenia.
